The flavor, with all the clam juice and fresh thyme, is unbelievable. I used a little sherry and a little sherry vinegar. What a wonderful flavor. I might have added too much milk, though, because it was a little thinner that I like. I will use 2 percent or whole milk next time. <br />I am new to your blog, and I love it.
